At Reflections of Life Photography, we combine perfect lighting with perfect composition to create timeless portraits for you and your family. We’re a boutique studio, meaning we see a very limited number of clients each week. This allows lots of time for personal attention and quality control. We shoot on location in the Niagara Region, and mainly utilize our large studio for gorgeous maternity and contemporary baby portraiture.
My name is Karen Byker. I love photography. I love personality. I love fun smiles, pouty frowns, and all the expressions in between. You’ll find my style is a mixture of spontaneous and posed. I believe the best portraits are captured when people are just being themselves and forget the camera is there. My parents always said I had a vivid imagination. I see things differently, and my photographs tell stories of the people in them. My husband Phil is also a photographer, and we have a full house here, with two little girls and two little boys.
